As Sertur Air, the company’s objective is to take its guests to the destination of their choice in the safest and most comfortable way possible. Therefore, all services provided revolve around this aspect.

A member of staff will meet and accompany you from the moment you arrive at the terminal and assist you with all necessary procedures. Your aircraft will be ready for take-off just 10 minutes after completion of necessary procedures. During your flight you may sit back and relax and listen to your favourite music whilst sipping the wine of your choice. Our cabin crew who have been trained by one of the worlds leading V.I.P charter aviation companies, will ensure you the most comfortable flight experience. Is your partner/colleague afraid of minor turbulance? Then just let the captains know and if possible they will do their best to avoid turbulance and take you to your destination by flying between the clouds so that you will not encounter even the slightest turbulance.

Should you be flying on business and wish to have plenty of working space to do your paperwork, then you will have the opportunity to do so on our jets, as there is substantial table space to work on, enough to take a “plane load of documents”. You can use the aircraft telephone and connect to anywhere in the world to keep updated with latest business developments.
